We are a growing golf cart manufacturer seeking a Tech Support Representative to assist customers, dealers, and internal teams with technical questions, troubleshooting, and hands-on support. This is an on-site, full-time position that combines office-based work with regular interaction in a warehouse setting.
Technical experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for someone reliable, mechanically curious, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for technical questions related to golf carts and components
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with guidance from senior staff when needed
- Assist with testing, diagnostics, and light hands-on work in the warehouse
- Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions accurately
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Support warranty and parts inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred, but not required
- Warehouse or hands-on equipment experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and perform occasional light physical tasks
- Willingness to learn golf cart systems and product details
