We’re a lively, high-volume cocktail bar in the heart of the Lower East Side with a unique fusion of Asian and Irish influences—and we’re looking for a barback to join our tight-knit crew.
About Us:
Our bar blends the bold flavors of Asia with the warmth and character of an Irish pub. Think soju spritzes and sake boils next to Guinness-fueled craic and Irish whiskey classics—all set to a backdrop of upbeat music and a friendly neighborhood crowd.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our bartenders to keep service fast, smooth, and efficient
- Restock ingredients, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout the night
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Assist with bar prep and breakdown duties
- Anticipate needs and jump in wherever help is needed—teamwork is key
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barback or restaurant experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- A hustle mentality and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and efficient under pressure
- Interest in learning more about craft cocktails, Asian spirits, and Irish pub culture
- Evening and weekend availability a must
- 21+ preferred
