Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking in parking areas
- Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles with precision and care
- Assist with vehicle cleaning, light maintenance, and basic detailing as needed
- Support the service team by delivering vehicles to designated areas or to customers’ locations
- Conduct outdoor work including heavy lifting of equipment or vehicle parts in various weather conditions
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions confidently and safely
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work for extended periods
- Experience working outdoors or in outdoor work environments preferred
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures is advantageous
- Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Cash handling, retail math, cashiering experience, or dealership background is beneficial but not required
