Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate (Forklift Certified) for a direct hire opportunity in Tacoma, WA. This role is ideal for a warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, accurate inventory control, safe forklift operation, and being part of a stable, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify product counts, and inspect materials for accuracy.
- Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general warehouse support as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Location: Tacoma, WA.
