SHIFTS
SATURDAY (8AM-5PM) JULY 4TH
MONDAY (8AM-5PM) JULY 6TH
Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations to specifications.
- Support event operations by managing guest flow and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the venue.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support conflict management efforts by calmly resolving guest issues or disputes as they arise.
- Work closely with event coordinators to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events to uphold high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle conflict effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
