RV Rental Housing is a small business doing BIG things! With over 100 travel trailers, we provide monthly rentals for families to live on their property during renovation. We also set up camps at remote construction sites across the United States. Role Description The Transaction Coordinator is a full-time, in-office role based in Downtown Mesa, AZ. This role manages the start-to-finish coordination of each rental ensuring that all documentation, approvals, and timelines are accurate and complete. This position supports customer inquiries, maintains organized files, and collaborates with sales and maintenance teams to ensure a consistent and efficient transaction process. Daily responsibilities include:
- site surveys
- schedule utility vendors
- communicate with clients, internal teams
- monitor key dates to ensure smooth delivery of travel trailers
- update systems and records
- follow up on outstanding work orders
- inspect trailer returns for security deposit refunds
Qualifications
- Strong transaction coordination and transaction management skills.
- Experience organizing and tracking multiple cases or deals.
- Excellent communication skills. Including clear written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building positive, professional relationships.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and software for records management, document preparation, and status tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant experience in real estate, housing, logistics, or related transaction-based roles preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
