This is not a traditional facility-based position. Our DSPs provide hands-on support throughout the community—helping individuals explore their interests, strengthen life skills, build confidence, develop relationships, and participate in activities that promote independence and personal growth.
The ideal candidate understands that quality support is not about doing everything for someone. It is about encouraging, teaching, empowering, and helping each person use their voice.

- Be dependable, punctual, patient, respectful, and able to work independently
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and complete timely electronic documentation
