Reputable construction company (in Leesburg, VA) looking for an experienced Construction Manager/Supervisor to oversee framing operations for several Residential/Commercial projects in VA, MD & DC. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Production Quality/Safety Management: Ability to evaluate construction quality and safety, review product specifications, interpret blueprints, perform inspections/frame-checks, and ensure conformance to building regulations.
- Customer Management: Possess great customer service skills, in order to advise clients on important matters, resolve issues, and maintain consistent communication.
- Contract Administration: Ensure knowledge of contract, manage costs within budget, adhere to strict timelines/schedule, and execute accordingly.
- Resource Management: oversee Residential/Commercial projects and provide technical direction, schedule and manage subcontractor crews, oversee equipment and ensure utilization and maintenance, and coordinate delivery of materials.
Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience within the Carpentry/Rough Framing industry, knowledge of rough carpentry safety and compliance regulations, and good leadership skills.
Immediate primary duties are within the Maryland & DC area, but candidate must also be able to work in VA. Candidate must also possess a valid drivers' license. We offer competitive compensation and various benefits.
