Overview
304 Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable and skilled Plumber to join our growing service team. This role focuses on diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing a professional customer experience.

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and other trades
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills
Experience
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
- Familiarity with construction plumbing standards, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing integration is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments
- Previous handyman or remodeling experience is advantageous
