Front Counter Team Member – Cluck & Crunch Maui & Softer Maui
Cluck & Crunch Maui and Softer Maui are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Counter Team Member to join our team. This position supports both brands within one shared store location and includes customer service, food preparation, drink making, and dessert preparation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks, desserts, and soft serve items
- Assist with food prep and standard fast-food kitchen duties
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and work stations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
