Job Title: Executive Director (LNHA)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and quality of care provided throughout the facility. This role requires a hands-on leader who is committed to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and Ohio Department of Health requirements.
- Lead and develop department directors to promote accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Foster a culture centered on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and expense management.
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to maintain excellent quality measures and survey readiness.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Monitor operational metrics and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the facility maintains a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for residents and staff.
- Represent the organization professionally within the community and healthcare network.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or senior leader in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Proven success leading facility operations, regulatory compliance, financial management, and team development.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, reimbursement, quality measures, and survey processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
