What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T at retail events and promotional locations
- Start conversations with customers in both English and Spanish
- Educate customers on wireless, internet, and related services
- Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Help qualified customers complete new service enrollments or upgrades
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach
- Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
