JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide legal support and guidance to the loan department on commercial and real estate lending matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related contracts.
- Prepare loan documentation for C&I and CRE loans using the LaserPro system.
- Support and manage the bank’s loan closing process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes impacting the bank’s operations.
- Coordinate with external counsel and assist in managing litigation and legal matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a commercial banking or financial services environment.
- Active admission to a state bar and in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
