Applicant should have at least 5 years job experience as an automotive technician. Must be able to diagnose drive-ability, electrical, engine, and suspension issues. Replacing control arms, ball joints, installing ignition modules and basic tune up work also. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. During the learning process it may be a little later but most of my guys are ready to go before 5pm. Occasional Saturdays, if we are running behind but usually only 1 per month. Flat rate pay starts at $25.00 per hour (higher if experience dictates), but $1100.00 guarantee per week for qualified applicant. Medical benefits are also available after the first 60-day period. This is a flat-rate job but the guarantee is regardless of less hours turned while in the training stage. Most technicians turn between $1100 and $1,400 per week. Must have own tools and be knowledgeable of multiple vehicle platforms. Must have valid driver's license because we shuttle vehicles from location to shop.
