Part-Time | Hourly + Bonuses
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, sales-driven professional to represent our dental membership program in the community. This is an outside sales and outreach role focused on building partnerships with local businesses and enrolling new members.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local businesses daily on assigned routes
- Introduce our dental membership plan to owners and staff
- Build relationships and generate new leads
- Close enrollments and drive new patient growth
- Distribute marketing materials and track outreach activity
- Represent our brand professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mindset and comfortable with face-to-face outreach
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven
- 1+ year of sales, canvassing, marketing, or outreach experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and people skills
Schedule
Tuesday–Friday | 9AM–2PM
Pay
Base hourly pay + performance bonuses for leads and enrollments
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
