Qualifications
- Active New York Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Previous leasing or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Available to start immediately or within 2-4 weeks
- Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities
- Schedule prospects, greet prospective tenants warmly, and provide comprehensive property tours of luxury units.
- Manage new prospects and prospect follow-up with clarity and professionalism, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Track leads, applications, and lease statuses efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the leasing process.
- Assist with conflict management professionally while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Upsell available amenities or lease options to maximize occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
