Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Primo Sales Representative to join our innovative sales team. This role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and helping customers find hydration solutions that fit their needs. This is a face-to-face sales position conducted inside retail locations. Paid training is provided, and previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly base pay: $750–$950 based on schedule and performance

Responsibilities
- Engage customers inside retail partner locations
- Educate customers on Primo Water dispensers, delivery services, refill programs, and hydration solutions
- Build brand awareness through professional customer interactions
- Answer customer questions and recommend products based on individual needs
- Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and recurring service options
- Maintain promotional displays and marketing materials
- Track daily activity and sales performance
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- Ability to lift promotional materials and display equipment when necessary
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
