Job Overview
We are seeking an Operator to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an engaging work environment where precision, analytical skills, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Able to work with soy which is one of the 7 common allergens
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
- Effectively read, understand and extract vital information from detailed batch records in written and electronic forms.
- Responsible for operating and monitoring all processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Able to lift 50lbs on a regular bases
- Operation of equipment to include; prep, clean, operate, as well as performing minor repairs.
- Able to work as a team
- Ensures proper cleaning, packaging and material inspection per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Report any equipment issues or damage to your immediate supervisor.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates
- Wear PPE at all times
- Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
Qualifications
- Stong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work in a fast paced food production environment.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
Previous labor experience or related education preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals new to manufacturing.
