Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct nightly financial audits to verify accuracy of daily revenue reports, reservations, and billing details.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and ensuring guest safety throughout the overnight shift.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality management skills.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, confidentiality, and safety standards.
Skills
