Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Run errands as needed (e.g., deliveries, pickups, banking tasks)
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports and documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute summaries
- Assist with email correspondence and internal communications
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support team members and management with various administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Monitor and restock office supplies and equipment
- Help coordinate events, meetings, and office activities
- Provide general support and be flexible in handling day-to-day needs
Required Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
