Hourly, Daily, Part Time & Full time positions availabl! Booth rent is paid weekly, on Friday.
As an Independent Stylist, you will deliver exceptional hair and beauty services under your own business/llc, build lasting client relationships, and be the driver your own success. This role empowers you to manage your schedule, grow your clientele, and express your creativity while providing top-tier customer service. Your energy and dedication will help your business grow & your clients feel their best every day — this will provide the best experience for all!
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair care treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies.
- Utilize salon software like SQUARE for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
- Have a following/clientele
- Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Sell & stock your own retail, or sell online.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Keep your space and the community space clean at all times.
- Contribute to the flow of laundry throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or proper license with experience working in the beauty industry.
- Proper insurance to cover to you & your clients.
- Use your own POS system/salon software system such as square for booking and client management.
- Strong knowledge and experience of services you plan on providing.
- Beauty business established, or willing to go thru a mentorship program with the owner to get you started* additional fee for this*
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or a constant flow throughout the day.

Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per hour
