What You Will Do
You will work closely with the School Owners to help ensure the school runs smoothly, beautifully, and in compliance.
- Support the daily operations of the school so classrooms, schedules, and staffing flow smoothly
- Coach and support teachers through classroom observations and feedback
- Ensure the Primrose Balanced Learning® system is implemented consistently
- Help lead staff training and onboarding
- Support family tours, enrollment conversations, and parent communication
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Help ensure licensing, safety, and school standards are always met
Qualifications of an Assistant Director
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field (Preferred)
- Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
- Director credential a plus
- Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility (2+YEARS)
- Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet
- Willing to learn to drive a 14-passenger vehicle for field trip transportation (No Special License Required)
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
