As our commercial division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Field Foreman to lead installation projects and support a high-performing team in the field.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00am start, overtime as needed

Position Summary
The HVAC Commercial Field Foreman is responsible for overseeing commercial installation projects from start to finish. This role leads field crews, coordinates job site activities, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews on active job sites
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project timelines
- Ensure high-quality installation of systems
- Interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
- Document job progress and provide regular project updates
- Assist with hands-on installation as needed
Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation, including crew leadership
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, layout, and installation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in the field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
