We're looking for a Social Media & Streaming Growth Specialist who understands what it takes to build momentum and help creators reach the next level.
This is not an entry level social media position.
We're searching for someone who knows the streaming world inside and out. Someone who understands how to turn viewers into communities, communities into movements, and content into real business growth.
If you've helped creators climb from a few hundred followers to a thriving brand, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission
- Build and execute growth strategies across streaming platforms
- Help create a clear path from viewer to loyal community member
- Develop content systems that generate consistent growth
- Work alongside editors and clipping teams to maximize reach
- Identify opportunities before everyone else catches on
- Track performance and make data driven decisions
- Help build one of the fastest growing streaming brands in Houston
What We're Looking For
- Must be located in Houston, Texas
- Proven experience growing streamers and creator brands
- Deep understanding of livestream culture and audience behavior
- Strong understanding of community building and retention
- Experience turning content into measurable growth
- Ability to show real results, not just ideas
- Strong understanding IRL streaming
Bonus Points
- You've worked directly with established streamers
- You've helped launch or scale a streaming brand
- You have experience building clipping systems and content pipelines

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
