Physical Therapist Assistant- Full-Time
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (MOR) is a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live better. We specialize in orthopedic physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine, Pilates, and hand therapy. Our clinicians practice evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team at our Royal Oak location.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and appropriate modalities
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the medical record
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program or Associates from accredited PTA program
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
