What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Deliver honest, customer-friendly recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
- Represent Fix-it 24/7 with professionalism on every call
- Complete all service documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
- Proven HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- EPA 608 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication ability
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
