Position Overview
We're looking for a strong Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead crews, manage field operations, and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This role is hands-on leadership—you'll be in the field supporting your team, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality work on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews across multiple projects
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and code requirements
- Maintain strong communication with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing and installation issues
- Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
- Support hiring, training, and team growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading plumbing crews or field teams
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
- Experience working with GCs and subcontractors preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age of 18 required
