Our Core Values guide us in all we do and as a member of ACS you too will be a proponent of our values. Our values include honesty and integrity which we say, “Act like Abe,” Lincoln that is. We try to imagine what he would do in all situations. Then, do that. At the end of the day, everyone we deal with should know ACS as the company that “does the right thing," all the time. At ACS we are focused on self-improvement through books and through training. We promote what is known as a growth mindset over a fixed mindset.
