Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is currently seeking a Hospice Chaplain for our Spiritual Care team. The successful candidate possesses or is working towards, an ecclesiastical endorsement, an endorsement in bereavement support, and a Master of Divinity degree. Our chaplains visit patients where they reside, which includes private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities where they exhibit an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence.
This role would be in charge of our bereavement program. This would include grief groups, bereavement phone calls, and other things that our patients and families need regarding bereavement.
Hospice chaplains utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skills to provide care to patients and their families. Regular bereavement support, daily interdisciplinary communication, and weekly sharing of positives and recognition are just a few examples of how our team supports one another. We are a rapidly growing hospice program dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care.
