Position Overview
We're seeking a reliable and energetic Server Assistant to join our family-owned trattoria. This position plays a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests through attentive table service and teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare dining room for service, including table arrangements and place settings
- Bus and reset tables efficiently throughout service
- Assist servers with food running, refilling beverages, and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Support the owner and service team with special requests and tasks as needed
- Ensure proper stocking of supplies, linens, and tableware
- Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail

Must hold a valid King County, Washington State Food Worker Card and Washington Mandatory Alcohol Server Training certification prior to employment.
Pay: $21.30 per hour
