Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
· Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
· Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
· Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing.
· Review procedure and pathology results with patients and coordinate ongoing care.
· Manage medication therapies and prescription refills.
· Educate patients regarding disease processes, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
· Coordinate referrals, consultations, and follow-up care.
· Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
· Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
