We are seeking an Oklahoma Territory Sales Manager based in Oklahoma City to help drive sales efforts across the state. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role focused on helping schools, colleges, workforce programs, and industry partners build modern technical training environments that prepare students and workers for high-demand careers.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to customers, not just a product salesperson. Success in this role requires listening carefully, understanding program goals, identifying funding and timing opportunities, and helping customers move from early planning to funded, installed, and supported training solutions.
Solutions include:
Technical training equipment, robotics systems, CNC systems, engineering equipment, welding solutions, VR and simulation training solutions, industry-recognized certifications, healthcare simulators, 3D printers, and cloud-based learning curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of successful B2B, technical, or education-focused sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong prospecting, closing, consultative selling, and territory management skills
- Ability to build credibility with educators, administrators, workforce leaders, and industry partners
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a statewide territory
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, product demonstrations, events, and planning meetings
- Professional presentation and public speaking skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CRM experience preferred (NetSuite and HubSpot are a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the Oklahoma territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, campus visits, events, referrals, and long-term relationship development
- Serve as a consultative resource to help customers evaluate training goals, equipment needs, funding options, and implementation timelines
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution-planning meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, forecasts, and territory analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, grants, and funding opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to deliver complete, well-supported customer solutions
- Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain strong post-sale relationships
- Participate in ongoing product, manufacturer, and sales training
Success in this role will be measured by territory growth, new customer development, qualified pipeline activity, customer visits, product demonstrations, funded projects, and the ability to move opportunities from discovery through close and implementation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
