Job Summary
Hearty Acquisitions is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Quality Control Associate to monitor production and help ensure our products are made safely and according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production by taking product temperatures, completing Master Batch Sheets, and ensuring production activities are properly documented.
- Perform facility walkthroughs when production is not running.
- Verify allergen labels and ingredient lot numbers.
- Keep the QC Hold area clean, organized, and remove expired retained samples or materials.
- Assist with other quality tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for most of the workday.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to move between hot production areas and refrigerated coolers/freezers throughout the day.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
