We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Agent to join our team and help keep the properties we service clean and compliant.
What You'll Do
As a Parking Enforcement Agent (Monitor), you'll patrol commercial parking lots and identify vehicle violations — flat tires, abandoned or inoperable vehicles, and other common infractions. Your thorough, diligent work is the service that keeps our customers satisfied.
- Drive to properties using company vehicles. Must have valid Drivers License
- Walk properties and thoroughly inspect every vehicle for violations; write and issue warnings to vehicle owners
- Accurately and promptly enter tow, property, and tag information into our Omadi database
- Communicate clearly with drivers and dispatch, verifying all violation and vehicle details before dispatching
- Track tags to ensure proper follow-up
- Keep serviced properties consistently clean and compliant
- Operate basic computer and phone equipment
- Always act lawfully and professionally — never engage residents directly or respond with aggression
What We're Looking For
- 25 & Older with valid drivers license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Fluent in English; Spanish a huge plus
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Fast, accurate data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and attention to detail

Compensation Breakdown
- Base: $15.00/hour
- Commission: $500-$700 per week
- Estimated weekly earnings: ~$1,000
