If the position requested is open, an interview will be set up.
All applicants must pass a physical and drug test before you can work at M&M, as we are a Tennessee Certified Drug free Workplace.

Groundman
A groundman is an entry level position. You must be able to learn, listen and retain large amounts of information daily. A groundman's job consists of labor support to the line crew. A groundman must at all times work in a safe manner and abide by all safety standards required. An M&M groundman must also display the ability to keep his jobsite, co-workers and himself in a safe working environment. Applicants for groundman must also meet the following requirements:
19 years of age
Must possess CDL license or the ability to obtain one
Must be willing to listen, learn, and apply knowledge
Self motivated
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be able and willing to perform physical demanding labor
Must be willing to travel
