PALCO/ NH Freight is seeking a driver for our 2-man team. WEEKENDS & Holidays off. This role includes being able to drive to multiple locations in a safe & timely manner, have good customer service, relay messages back to dispatch, work with a tablet and be able to have another person with you in your truck.
Job description
- Delivers product to our customers
- Picks up product from local vendors
- Practices professionalism at all times with customers and vendors
- Helps load trucks for deliveries
- Responsible for checking load for safety
- Keeps inside and outside of trucks clean
- Helps maintain vehicle safety
- Keeps proper identification with vehicle
- Reports any violations to Warehouse Manager
- Must follow-through with all necessary paperwork
- Pitches in to help complete warehouse jobs when not driving
- Work Experience Requirements:
- One or more years related work experience
- Customer service background helpful
- Must have a clean driving record for at least four years
- General knowledge of New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts roads & highways
SIGN ON BONUS $500.00 after 30 days
