Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated reliable Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates MUST have experience serving in an upscale casual full service restaurant and have food and wine training. Must complete the state approved alcohol server training program & have your certificate & ABL license.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Answer customer inquiries about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience serving in an upscale casual full service restaurant
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
