ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned. • Develop Individualized Learning Plans in Response to Student Needs. • Provide consistent opportunities to demonstrate mastery in grade-level content areas. • Provide high-quality instruction where students do most of the thinking. • Authentically engage students in what they are learning. • Provide high expectations for students and believe students can meet grade-level standards. • Keep a record of graded assessments and provide a P/F grade at the end of the session to the summer program coordinator
