Flowback Lead Operators will perform activities related to flowback & well testing operations including measurement of well gas & liquids. Work in the field is mostly in South Texas and West Texas.

Operators are paid 24-hour days & per diem when on an operating job site.

Field Work Responsibilities:
- As the lead onsite, you will be responsible for managing your team
- Hourly equipment monitoring and recording of measurements
- Hourly report completion on the computer
- Some rig up & rig down tasks
- Lifting, squatting, bending, and climbing during operations
- Infield equipment maintenance and operation
- Maintain a positive attitude while working with a team of coworkers
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks to keep the job running correctly
- General cleanup & maintenance of company vehicles and trailer
Shop Work Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading field equipment for jobs
- Equipment maintenance
Safety Considerations
- Infield work will be in all weather conditions
- Working around high-pressure equipment is required
- In some cases, well sites could have the presence of dangerous gases including H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide Gas). Wearing safety equipment weighing 30+ lbs may be required to perform hourly duties for short time
Experience Required
- Previous experience as an Operator or extensive experience as a Flowback Helper
