This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing food orders, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Hourly rate with tips is about $20.00 an hour.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail sales transactions.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders, handling food safely, and operating kitchen equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and regular cleaning routines.
- Manage customer service inquiries promptly, ensuring all food service customer order management is handled professionally.
- Support bussing and sanitation efforts to keep the dining area tidy, organized, and welcoming for all guests.
Previous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and process cash transactions efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing sales totals.
- Experience with food handling, safety management, and operating kitchen or café equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Food industry or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
