Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable individual to support daily office operations while working closely with company leadership.
This is a hands-on role that combines administrative support, organization, communication, property-related tasks, and operational coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how different pieces of a real estate business work together while developing valuable professional and industry-specific skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry to learn, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and has a genuine interest in real estate.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, on-site position located at 15 E Ave, Monroe, OH 45050.
This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay will be based upon experience.
What You'll Do
Administrative & Office Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Organize and maintain reports, documents, and records
- Manage physical and digital filing systems
- Process incoming mail and package deliveries
- Purchase office supplies and necessary equipment
- Assist with general administrative needs across the company
Communication & Relationship Management
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally
- Serve as a point of contact for owners, investors, vendors, and team members
- Greet and assist office visitors
- Help ensure clear and timely communication between departments and external partners
Real Estate & Property Operations
- Conduct property visits as needed
- Coordinate Wi-Fi installations and other property-related services
- Assist with vendor coordination and property-related projects
- Gain exposure to the operational side of real estate investing and property management
Reporting & Organization
- Generate status and progress reports
- Update and maintain accurate records and databases
- Track tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Executive & Leadership Support
- Provide personal and professional assistant support to Jason and Roger
- Assist with onboarding new hires and vendors
- Help coordinate projects and special assignments
- Provide support across departments as business needs evolve
