As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers in securing title loans by assessing their eligibility, explaining loan terms, and managing paperwork. Your role will also involve delivering excellent customer service, providing guidance on the loan process, and ensuring that all loan transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. You will be a key part of our customer experience, making sure clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their loan journey.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling financial transactions
- Flexible and reliable availability, and must be able to work 10-3 on Saturdays.
