Join our dynamic educational team at Hidden Oaks Middle School as an ELA ESE Support Facilitation Specialist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing English Language Arts (ELA) instruction and supporting Exceptional Student Education (ESE) learners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead professional development initiatives, develop engaging curriculum, and facilitate effective instructional strategies that empower teachers and improve student outcomes. Your expertise will help foster inclusive learning environments by integrating innovative learning technologies and instructional design principles.
Duties
- Design, develop, and deliver professional development sessions focused on ELA instruction, ESE support strategies, and curriculum implementation using adult education best practices.
- Write, update and evaluate Individualized Education Plans for your scholars.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to curriculum development with your co-teacher.
- Teach a self contained class of 6th or 7th grade students ELA who are ASD.
- Support classroom teachers by providing coaching on instructional leadership, classroom management, and differentiated instruction tailored for ESE students.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify professional development gaps and recommend targeted solutions aligned with district goals.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and program evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
