Job Summary
Rainbow Child Development Center is seeking a part time or full time teacher that is able to speak Korean fluently and is passionate about teaching children. Rainbow CDC is a play based learning center that focuses on nature and kindergarten readiness.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Utilize educational technology and instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences across subjects such as literacy, math, early childhood education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and interact with children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and assessment strategies to ensure educational compliance and regulation adherence.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and educational goals through meetings or written reports..
- Maintain accurate records of DRDP throughout the year.
Experience
- Proven classroom experience in early childhood education, special education, or related fields working with children or students with disabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for diverse learners.
- Experience with DRDP and CLASS.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and parents.
