Responsible for the supervision and management of our Friendship Camp program. Duties include the development of the program schedule, coordination of transportation, coordination of activities, supervision of camp staff and the daily operations of camp. Experience working in a day camp is a plus. Experience with behavior management, kids with disabilities and kids with serious behavioral issues is needed. Training is provided, good pay and the potential for a permanent management position after camp is available.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in Human or Social Service fields. Or a Associate degree with a minimum of two years of paid work experience work with developmental disabled, and providing program management, coordination of services, and supervision of staff
- Current and valid Ohio driver license ( maximum of six points) and liability insurance
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Valid Medication Administration from ODDD
