Elite Casino Resorts operates five gaming resorts located throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, employees, and all assets of Lake Mac Casino Resort and Racing, while providing superior Customer Service.

Provide first class service to all internal & external guests.
- Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lots, and race track area) to ensure the safety of all employees and guests.
- Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
- Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed, and maintain certification in these areas when necessary.
- Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, as well as monitor cash drops as needed.
- Perform all post duties assigned, to include writing incident reports.
- Work closely with other departments and maintain open communication with all employees.
- Ability to stand up to 100% of the time.

Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to receive a Nebraska Level 1 Gaming License.

Must demonstrate interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service experience.
