Job Description:
RGEC is an educational enrichment program that provides before-school, after-school, and summer programming at multiple APS elementary school sites.
Our typical program hours are:
Before School Program: 6:30 AM – 8:45 AM
After School Program: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Summer Program: Hours may vary based on site scheduling
The Program Instructor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the program under the direction of the Site Supervisor. This role focuses on providing a safe, engaging, and positive environment for students while leading educational and enrichment activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development. Program Instructors serve as positive role models and help ensure the success of the program through active supervision, effective communication, and meaningful student engagement.

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Childcare experience (Minimum 2 years preferred)
Certifications (Preferred):
First Aid Certification
CPR Certification

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
