- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
- Resolve on-site issues and address any unforeseen challenges effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
- Travel as required to assigned project locations throughout the United States
