Maintenance Analyst – Drive Efficiency and Insight!
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data analysis and process improvement? We’re looking for a Maintenance Analyst to support our maintenance division by analyzing costs, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency. Location: This is a full-time, in-office role based at our headquarters in Lincoln, NE (no remote option)
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, analyze, and report data on equipment and component performance.
- Conduct cost analyses and summarize division activities.
- Monitor maintenance policies and recommend improvements, including cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Research, compile, and track reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Source vendors, review bids, and manage onboarding.
- Test new processes and systems to improve productivity.
- Ensure work order pools are accurate and up to date.
- Travel to shop and vendor locations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Associate’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Management Studio (SQL).
- Familiarity with Tableau Desktop.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
