Summary:
Provide advanced respiratory care services to pediatric and adult residents in a home-like setting.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust care plans

Deliver and monitor respiratory therapies per plan of care

Perform evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., lung capacity, blood gas levels)

Administer treatments including oxygen, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol medications

Monitor residents and equipment, reporting changes to physicians

Maintain accurate records and follow best-practice protocols
